So Google's "Gmail" has a funky new feature where the design in the background of the mail screen changes according to what the weather is like where you are. It's pretty cool 'cause it updates automatically throughout the day.
BUT... I can tell I'm spending too much time on the computer when I notice that the screen has changed to rain and I then look out the window and think "well, look at that, it is raining". The worst part is that my computer is FACING the window! I have to move my eyeball a fraction of an inch and I can see outside! What is the world coming to when I get weather "news" quicker on my computer than through my own window?!
In my defense, I was trying to find flights online... a HORRIBLE, ONEROUS task!! But still... :(

I read your blog and I am wondering if you would be willing to do an interview with me? This Precious Planet is a new, small internet company whose focus is to promote and broadcast the innovations and creativity of people concerning anything “Green” starting in our community and then spreading throughout the world by way of interviews. These interviews will be available on the web site and through podcasting. Eventually there may be a demand for CD editions but we’ll see about that. The purpose of doing this is to inspire and educate people to do their part in a positive way showing that there is a lot going on and that if we all do our part we can make the difference that is needed! Our goal is to have 10 interviews for content on our web site by the end of the month. Would you be able and willing to schedule an interview sometime in the next few weeks? We have one done already with Howard Lyman “The Mad Cowboy” who was on Oprah a few years ago. We have another one scheduled for this Friday with Donna Denison from Little Creek Dressings on Westside Road and we have a few more “in the works”. This is a chance for you to step on to the "Soapbox" of the world in one more way! I really appreciate your willingness to consider this.
